Prestmont was established in 1995 with the planned capacity of 250 houses. In the time since then, Prestmont has continued to evolve as both a subdivision, and a community. In January of 2000, the residents of Prestmont took ownership of the Prestmont Homeowners Association, and have resided on the board ever since. Prestmont is a clean, safe, friendly community in the heart of Frisco's growth just north of SR121 and Preston Rd. Prestmont is centrally located between the local community college, Stonebriar Shopping complex and the Stonebriar Mall, with Smith Elementary School bordering the subdivision on the Northeast corner. Prestmont is also minutes away from the new Frisco Sports/Entertainment Complex, yet far enough to be free from any traffic brought by the complex.Prestmont invites you to visit our wonderful community. If you are in the market for a relatively new, but established walled community, then Prestmont may just be the community you've been looking for. From Prestmont, commuters can reach Richardson and Addison in 20 minutes, Lewisville and Dallas in 30 minutes, and Irving and Las Colinas in 40 minutes during rush hour. There's hardly a more convenient and quiet place to live!
